ELLAR products are designed and assembled in Hilversum, the Netherlands, carefully handcrafted by DP Job Kraaijeveld. Developed in close collaboration with cinematographers, gaffers, photographers, and other industry professionals, these products are created to solve real-world lighting challenges on set.
EasyGrids and EasyDocks are the perfect solutions for filmmakers, lighting designers, and event professionals who use Astera lights and need fast and efficient light control.
Easygrids
EasyGrids are a fast and efficient way to shape light with Astera tubes. They attach in seconds and are made from a durable carbon fiber composite designed to withstand impacts, weather conditions, and heat. The honeycomb structure precisely directs light while preserving the soft light quality of Astera tubes.
With closed sides and a sealed back, EasyGrids prevents light spill, ensuring controlled and efficient illumination without unwanted reflections.
EasyDocks
EasyDocks enable secure mounting of Astera tubes without the need for extra adjustments.
They keep the light steady in the desired position and are fully compatible with the Astera Track Pin system.
Two magnets can be attached to the dock, allowing for more versatile rigging and placement options.. EasyDocks are specifically designed for Astera’s Helios and Titan tubes.
