Tiffen Filters are still produced in their first Hauppauge, Long Island factory, with additional facilities in Burbank, California, and at the Pinewood Studios outside of London, England.
Tiffen’s best-known products are Motion Picture & Television (MPTV) filters. There are three different sizes of MPTV filters: 4×4″, 4×5.650″, and 6.6×6.6″. The most typical size used in film production is 4×5.650″. Tiffen filters offer a range of unique effects, picture enhancing features and and protect the lens from dirt, dust and scratches.
