Thank You 2023!
As 2023 draws to a close, our CEO, Markus wants to pause for a moment and share some thoughts with you.
Throughout my career, I have learned the value of pausing. As a CEO, it’s easy to focus on the future and continuous growth, but it’s also important to stop and appreciate our achievements and the moments we have shared together.
This year, I am particularly grateful that we have been able to enjoy almost normal life without the shadow of the coronavirus pandemic. This has allowed us to focus on work, leisure time, and especially on moments with family and friends.
My gratitude also extends to our incredible team, valuable partners, and wonderful customers. Together, we have achieved significant milestones this year, such as:
- Our staff and teams’ huge development and great motivation! satisfaction. Our overall staff satisfaction index was 8.9 / 10
- Successes in our product development and the growth of Media Pocket’s NPS: -30 to +25. Check out Media Pocket H2’s new features.
- Successes in customer projects CSAT: 3.7 / 4
- Collaboration with Amberscript and advancement of Finnish language speech recognition in the domestic AV industry.
We are also aware that the past few years have been challenging for many. We want to support our community.
Our gift this year
We have donated 15,000 euros to Mieli Ry, supporting the mental health of children and young people. This is a joint contribution from Media Tailor and TV Tools.
